Q ui internet agency has been founded by team members from the department ‘User Interface Engineering’ of the Max-Planck-Society, a large German research organization. Q ui stands for excellent services. Our goal is to satisfy customers and users as well.
Can functionality and technology alone guarantee a succesfull product? Studies show that users prefer joy of use over multitude functionality. Here we meet a win-win situation with our customers. Management
Dipl.-Ing. Rupert Kiefl, founder and managing director. Rupert is working on the field of software development and product management since 1998. His key expertise is to implement teams and processes aiming at user interfaces. Rupert studied landscape architecture in Munich and new media arts and technology in Frankfurt. We was decorated with several awards for his work in the field of 3D visualization and his publication ‘Virtual Spaces’.
At Open Text (former IXOS Software AG) and the Max-Planck-Society he implemented teams and organizational structures to enable a usability lifecycle for software development. As founder he provides his knowledge to Q ui with great dedication.
